Process Engineer (m/f/d) Production Planning and Execution

You will be responsible for the following aspects: 
Your agenda will include the preparation and implementation of analyses of existing business processes and their further optimisation in the area of production planning and execution as well as the independent processing and implementation of (sub-)projects. You will be responsible for process modelling and documentation using the BPMN 2.0 methodology and the creation of functional and technical specifications (programming specifications) as well as implementation of corresponding adaptations in the ERP and MES environment: SAP ERP, SCM/APO, customising, form adaptation, ProDIS MES application - for realisation by the external provider. You will also document business processes, create training material and coordinate and conduct user training using SAP EN and LMS365. In addition, you will provide 1st and 2nd level user support and be responsible for testing SAP and ProDIS developments / solutions / pre-corrections. Further key tasks are: 

  • Planning and execution of user acceptance tests
  • Research and reporting system in SAP OSS
  • Troubleshooting by importing preliminary corrections via SNotes, and/or coordinating troubleshooting with internal or external consultants

To connect a greener world, you should have the following skills and experience:
You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field and have knowledge and experience with project management methods (Prince2, Scrum) and tools (MS Project) as well as service management (ITIL). You also have experience in the configuration of SAP and in the most important integration points between SAP modules. Excellent communication, strong analytical, organisational and teamwork skills complete your profile. Further important qualifications are:

  • Independence, multitasking and hands-on mentality. 
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel (max. 20%)
