To support our team in Cologne we are looking for a Head of Sales ((m/f/x) Wholesalers, Renewables DACH:

 

The position

  • Coordinates all strategic and sales tasks of wholesalers and renewables business within our cable industry
  • Takes care of the market turnover, margin and customers, according to targets in the DACH region
  • Maintains existing and builds up new customer relations, but also develops new markets
  • Strong focus on profitability by applying new tools
  • Handles administrative tasks as budget control, forecasts etc.
  • Takes care of 3 direct reports/sales managers and development the team to a higher level

 

Your background

  • Bachelor, Master or equivalent commercial (or technical) education
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, experience in the energy market or cable market (grids, utilities, wholesale business or renewables) is a strong plus
  • Natural leader, brilliant communicator and motivator with resilience
  • Solution driven
  • Analytical skills
  • Commercial background is more relevant than technical
  • Fluent German and English language skills, spoken and written; French is a plus
  • Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
