Job Title:  Senior Factory Controller (m/f/d)

Description: 

Primary tasks of the position:

  • Developing and improving steering tools, e.g. in terms of costs, inventory, efficiency, productivity, invests
  • Establishing and steering cross-functional controlling processes
  • Developing a key function between Operations, Finance and Project Controlling including business partnering for local production
  • Responsible for monthly reporting, as well as for budgeting and forecasting procedures
  • Responsible for financial closures during month, quarter and year end
  • Preparing reportings and results of analyses in a suitable manner for top management as well as for local departments
  • Execution, revision and documentation of stock takes as well as being the primary contact person to external auditors
  • Execution of projects and ad-hoc requests

 

Required qualification and experiences:

  • Academic degree in economics or suitable degree
  • Extensive professional experience for minimum 5-7 years in a comparable position in a manufacturing company is required
  • Well experienced in Business Warehouse systems as well as planning systems for projects and production
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP R/3 FI/ CO/ MM/ SD/ PP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Think-Cell)
  • Ability of steering cross-functional processes including strong process thinking
  • Expert in cost and performance accounting (hourly rates, cost allocation, working hours, cost center structures etc.)
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills
  • Independent, structured, proactive way of working, highly self-motivated
  • Team spirit, reliability, confidentiality and loyalty are natural for you
  • You are strongly result-oriented and pragmatic with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Resilient and distinctly able to accurately work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills as well as very good German and English language skills both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
