CRM Business Program Manager

NKT is on a journey to further professionalize how sales is managed. As part of this journey we have initiated the implementation of a new CRM platform across all business lines. We are now seeking a CRM Business Program Manager to further develop and implement CRM for the global sales organization in NKT. In the role, you become part of our international Group Communications & Marketing team. You will be located in Cologne, yet your tasks will go across functions and geographical areas.


Your tasks will include:

  • Support for the on-going CRM implementation and further development the CRM platform in NKT
  • Lead of the configuration and ongoing administration of CRM
  • Prepare and follow-up of KPI´s and sales targets on a regional level with Sales Management
  • Supervision report design, management, and distribution
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they are related to the CRM platform
  • Work with the business line management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage CRM to support additional business processes or functions
  • Work with the business line management on the topic of change management to ensure that the CRM platform is integrated to everyday work-life in Sales at all organizational levels
  • Participate in defining and leading sales excellence projects in collaboration with Sales and Marketing

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position or related commercial role
  • Great commercial understanding of complex solutions in a competitive B2B market
  • Experience in CRM (especially SAP C4C), CRM strategy and implementation is a clear plus
  • Strong IT expertise
  • Good numerical and analytical approach and understanding
  • High degree of project work competence, including  processes, analysis, design and implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an engaging personality
  • Strong English and German speaker
  • Willingness to travel (~ 10% of time)
