Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (aka Sales and Support Engineer) for our Berlin Hub to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. The position will be split between support and sales functions, with a strong customer support focus.

You will help customers to understand the usage of our products and services, as well as guide them through installed applications and programs, and diagnose problems.  Responsibilities will include holding sales presentations and product demonstrations Europe-wide, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. You will use email, online CRM tools along with calls and on-site visits to provide and document necessary support.You will be entitled to build trust, become an ultimate point of contact, and support revenue growth and customer acquisition. Your Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer service inquiries
  • Identify and assess customer needs
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through an open and interactive communication
  • Identify and target new opportunities and visit potential clients
  • Create and manage sales targets
  • Provide training to customers
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
  • Help to develop optimal pricing strategies
  • Walk an extra mile to engage customers


Your background

  • Good understanding of computer systems, web technology, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Proven customer support experience, or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • English: highly proficient in both spoken and written
  • German: highly proficient in both spoken and written
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
