Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)



We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our Berlin Digital HubParticipate in our growing startup in the creation of new business models and provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.

The position will be split between support and sales functions, with a strong customer support focus. If you enjoy assisting and supporting people, able to explain technical details in a simple manner and engage customer prospects at the same time, then, we would like to meet you!


THINKT Digital is an innovation hub and a business incubator, backed by a leading manufacturer of power cables & accessories. Our focus lies on leveraging new technologies to solve challenges in the energy sector & beyond. We identify novel business opportunities, explore market potentials and shape new products & services (B2B). The Internet-of-Things or IoT plays a big part in most of our projects. We are headquartered in Berlin, Germany working alongside our engineering team in Kaunas, Lithuania.


Your responsibilities:
One of the major tasks are to manage incoming customer service inquiries and to identify and assess customer needs. You will build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through an open and interactive communication. Furthermore, you will identify and target new opportunities and visit potential clients. You will create and manage sales targets and provide training to customers. You are responsible to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Additionally, you will follow up to ensure resolution. Further key tasks are:

  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
  • Help to develop optimal pricing strategies
  • Walk an extra mile to engage customers


Your background: 
You must have a good understanding of computer systems, web technology, mobile devices and other tech products and can proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. You are familiar with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Furthermore, you are able to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal and have a strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. You are customer orientated and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Further important qualifications are: 

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
