Job Title:  Head of Accessories Sales Support MEAA

Description: 

Main tasks

  • Drive high quality customer interaction and support (e.g. proactively provide offers in line with Sales Excellence and Sales organization, appropriate receivable management, proactive approach in monitoring and deliveries from consignment stocks, etc)
  • Continuous priotization and optimization of sales/offer activities
  • Drive functional excellence in Sales Support – drive identify and constantly improve efficiency in order handling
  • Drive process harmonization with other sites
  • Responsible for monitoring regional budget and steering team to proactively approach B-/C-customers
  • Lead Sales Support Team on sie in Berlin
  • Offer preparation and order handling in SAP - support team onsite

 

Experience

  • Experience in order handling and processing in SAP
  • Ideally technical background/experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in process optimization and respective change management

 

Education

  • Commercial apprenteceship
