Technical Product Manager, Wholesale Nordic

As Technical Product Manager Wholesale Nordic, you’ll be serving as an expert covering technical topics to support growth markets within the Applications Business Line in our efforts to Connect a Greener World.

Main tasks and responsibilities

The role will be to strengthen the technical competences within the Product Management team. Main focus will be technical product support for building wires and 1 kV cables for wholesaler and installers Nordic (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland) and you’ll be working closely together with the rest of the European Product Management team.


Key tasks will involve

 

  • Product data management
  • Technical sales and product support including technical values for cables, calculations and dimensioning for customers
  • Supporting the rest of the Product Management team
  • Recommendation of optimized cable solutions to customers
  • Product portfolio management for DK wholesaler market
  • Analysis of markets and competitor products
  • Translate customer needs to product requirements
  • Preparation of phase-ins and phase-outs for Product Board
  • Product training for sales team, customer service org and customers
  • Conduct field research and understand the needs of the customer
  • Support and initiate marketing initiatives    

 

 

Are you the candidate we are looking for

You might have a couple of year of experience in product management, preferably in B2B and commoditized products/services – or maybe you are newly graduated and eager to learn and ready for a steep learning curve.

 

  • An education as authorized electrical installer, Bachelor of Engineering or similar
  • Result and performance orientation
  • Reliability, team spirit and empathy
  • Goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • International travel readiness
  • Excellent UK language skills, spoken and written
  • Ability to speak and understand Nordic language
  • Experienced in MS Office applications
  • Experience as electrician/installer

 
You will be working out of Asnæs, but some travel activities must be expected ( approx. 25 days per year).
