Local HR Business Partner

 

 

Join our Swedish human resource team in Alingsås 
 
Do you want to work closely with our core business, support our leaders and drive our human resource initiatives and activities? If you have a couple of years’ experience from HR and are keen on taking out an inspiring challenge on our site in Alingsås, we have the right job for you!

 

Supporting leaders and executing HR activities 

As part of the Swedish HR department you will work in a global and dynamic environment but with a local focus. The main purpose of this role is to support and coach local leaders in strategic and business-related topics concerning HR. You will be the sparring partner on learning needs, trainings and development plans.
In your role as HRBP you will implement and execute HR processes from start to finish, for example People Strategies, career planning and other performance and talent cycle activities, leadership development and teambuilding. 


In addition to that your tasks includes:
•    Handle of local HR administration
•    Facilitate as well as execute parts of recruitment process
•    Handle of complex personnel cases
•    Support and lead the relationship with union representatives
•    Actively participate in management group meetings and follow-ups

 

Prestige less, communicative and collaborative coordinator  
Since this role includes a wide range of working tasks its essential that you possess a prestige less, humble and ambitious mindset. We are looking for a structured doer who handles all from administrative tasks to more strategic ones with the same drive and motivation. You have the ability to drive change and the courage to challenge our leaders. To be supportive and communicative are key factors to succeed in this role, building and maintaining strong relationships within the organisation. 

Additionally, your CV includes: 
•    University degree – preferably within HR
•    Some years of working experience within HR
•    Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English (German is an advantage)
